1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Any real-money funds remaining in an Account closed for fraud or Terms violation may be forfeited.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

6. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

kfb77 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any additional terms stated in the specific promotion:

• 6.1Bonus funds are issued to a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn directly. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the wagering requirement or rollover) before the resulting winnings can be transferred to the real-money balance and made available for withdrawal. 7. Prohibited Conduct

Winnings generated through an exploited malfunction or technical error are not valid and will not be paid. The Platform balance prior to the malfunction will be restored where possible.

8. Intellectual Property

9. Limitation of Liability

• 9.3Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits kfb77's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10. Privacy and Data Protection
